Leslie Marell is a business law attorney with over 20 years of experience in business contracts, purchasing and sales law, technology law & employment law. She heads her own Los Angeles firm which specializes in providing legal services to the manufacturing, industrial and high technology industries.
Since 1990, Ms. Marell has presented seminars nationally to thousands of participants on the topics of Contract law, Negotiating and Writing business contracts, and Intellectual Property Law. She co-authored “The Purchasing Handbook – A Guide for the Purchasing & Supply Professional” (McGraw/ Hill), serves on the advisory board of the Purchasing Law Report magazine, and authored numerous legal columns for Electronic Buyers’ News, ISM Insight magazine, and other trade journals.
